1. Purpose This policy outlines the procedure for providing product samples to customers in bulk purchase inquiries, ensuring transparency, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
2. Policy Scope This policy applies to all bulk purchase inquiries from customers requesting product samples from Total Tools India.
3. Sampling Process
a. Pricing for Samples
Customers requesting a sample product will be required to purchase the sample at the normal customer selling price.
b. Bulk Quantity Pricing
Bulk quantity pricing will be provided to customers after the sample request. This price will be lower than the normal selling price and applicable only for bulk orders.
c. Credit Note for Sample Price Difference
Upon confirmation of quality and placement of the bulk order, the difference between the sample price and the bulk price will be provided to the customer in the form of a credit note.
4. Product Return and Refund Policy for Samples
a. Unsatisfactory Product
If the customer finds the sample product unsatisfactory in terms of quality or suitability, they may return the product.
The company will issue a full refund for the sample after verifying the product’s condition.
b. Return Conditions
The returned sample product must be in good, saleable condition, free from damage, excessive wear, or misuse.
The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
c. Refund Process
Once the product is inspected and deemed acceptable for return, the full amount paid for the sample will be refunded to the customer.
5. Terms and Conditions
Bulk quantity pricing is valid only after the sample quality is confirmed and the bulk order is placed.
The customer must initiate the return of the sample within 7 days of receiving the product.
Credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months and can only be redeemed against future purchases with Total Tools India.
The company is not responsible for any damage caused during the return shipment of the sample. Proper packaging is required from the customer.
This policy is applicable only for direct orders placed with Total Tools India and not through third-party platforms.
